Hello everybody! Today's post is a smoothie! It's really good and easy to make!
Ingredients:
1 cup of strawberries
1 cup of pineapple chunks
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 banana
Water is optional
All you have to do is blend all of these ingredients in your blender.
