Hello! Today, I'm going to show how to make five different mermaid and ocean decorations.
DIY Ombre Fish Scale with a Mermaid Silhouette
You will need...
three of cardstock paper of any color you like
a piece of cardstock paper that you will use under the scales
scissors
something that can be used to make a circle
frame
pencil
glue
Now you can take the object that you will use to make circles and trace around that onto the two colors of cardstock paper. You can also trace halve the circle since you will be cutting the full circles in halve.
Cut out all of the circles and then cut them in halve.
Take the color of circles you would like to be on top of the scales and glue them to the top edge of the cardstock paper that will be under the scales. Then you can start to overlap them and continue this for the first row.
For the second row, place the scales under the first row and continue this until you get down to halve of the piece of cardstock paper.
Once you get to halve of the paper, you just do the same thing with the scales
Make a mermaid silhouette and trace the mermaid on to a different color of cardstock paper than the scales.
Glue the mermaid to the scales.
Put the art into the frame.
DIY Seashell Jewelry Holder
You will need
a clam shell
and jewelry
All you have to do is have a clam shell like this and then you can put whatever you like in it. Like necklaces and bracelets.
DIY Mermaid Silhouette Candle Jar
You will need...
cardstock paper
a net
decorative fillers they're also called or gems
scissors
pencil
a glue gun
a fake candle like a LED candle
mason jar
twine
First make a mermaid stencil and cut it out. Then trace it on to a piece of the cardstock paper.
Glue the mermaid on the jar.
Then, the net and place on top of the jar and tighten the band of the mason jar lid to hold the net in place.
Then put the beads and the candle in to the jar. Do not use a real candle because of the net, twine, stones, and cardstock paper because they can be flammable.
Tie a bow on to the jar.
DIY Mermaid Fish Tail Silhouette Frame Art
You will need
a piece of cardstock paper
scissors
frame
pencil
paint
paintbrush
Draw a mermaid tail. Then, paint the mermaid tail.
Put the paper into the frame.
DIY Lantern Jellyfish

Tie lace onto the metal piece inside the lantern. Cut off anything you don't want with the scissors.
You can add some twine to the top of the lantern to hang it up on a hook.
