You'll need:
Fake leaves
Precut fabric or you can cut it yourself ( 18 x 22 inches)
Paint
Paintbrush
Hot Glue
1. You want to start of by pulling out the stem of the pumpkin and you want to paint it brown.
After you're done painting the stem, you can stick the toothpick that's on the stem into the pumpkin just a little so it can dry.
2. Before you put the fabric in the hole where the stem used to be, you want to make the hole larger with scissors or you can just use your finger by pushing the foam into the inside.
3. Then you can lay out your fabric and put the edges of the fabric in the hole. You can either cut the fabric yourself of you can use precut fabric. The size of fabric I used was 18 x 22 inches.
4. If you need help putting the fabric inside of the hole, you can use the eraser side of a pencil or something that's thin enough to fit to help push the fabric through.
5. When you're done you can take a fake leaf and glue it on.
6. To finish off your pumpkin, you want to glue on the stem and you're all done.

Aww this is a great idea, dear! And the pumpkin would indeed look better with pretty fabrics!
